Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Indian Public Foundation, we value every contribution made towards our mission. We strive to ensure transparency, trust, and satisfaction for all our donors and well-wishers. However, if you have made an unintended donation or need to request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. Donation Cancellation

  • Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled by the donor.
  • In case of any duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount entry, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Please email us at indianpublicfoundation@gmail.com with your transaction details and the reason for the cancellation.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only in genuine cases, such as:
    • Donation made by mistake.
    • Duplicate donation due to technical error.
    • Excess donation amount.
  • Refund requests must be sent via email to indianpublicfoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be made through the same payment method used at the time of donation, and may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Transaction charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Tax Exemption Certificates

  • If a refund is initiated, the corresponding 80G tax exemption certificate (if already issued) will be considered void and must not be used for tax filing purposes.
